Mission Statement
City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays and most holidays. We are located on the corner of Elm St. and Madison St. Our office offers a friendly “home town” atmosphere with the convenience of an “open door” policy.
