Mission Statement
Our mission for the Trinity Municipal Court is to provide a forum for all citizens to have their matters heard in an efficient, convenient, and timely manner with fair and impartial treatment.

THE PRESIDING JUDGE

The Presiding Judge heads the department in accordance with state and local law. This position is appointed by the Mayor and approved by City Council for two (2) year terms. Currently, Judge Howard Kinsel serves as the Director and Presiding Judge.

MUNICIPAL COURT LOCATION AND HOURS OF OPERATION

The Trinity Municipal Court is located in City Hall at 101 West Madison. The Court cashier is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. except on holidays.

COURT CLERK INFORMATION

The Court Clerk, Jennifer Priddy, is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. except on holidays. The Deputy Clerk, Susan Rush, is also available 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding holidays.
