Community Center Rental

Rules and Regulations for leasing the Community Center

 

  • Will obey all rules listed here and posted on the premises.
  • Will not hold the City of Trinity; or its employees; responsible for any or all accidents, incidents, acts of misconduct or reportable violence that any person or persons may be involved in immediately before, during or after the dates and times that the Community Center is leased.
  • One person will be designated as the Lessee in charge.  No more than two (2) identified Lessees will be recognized as authoritative.
  • All beverage control laws will be strictly adhered to.
  • All deposits and rental fees are due two (2) weeks prior to the event.  To hold the date for your event, the deposit of $150.00 must be paid. 
  • Refunds will be processed the following Friday after the event.  If any damages occur, those costs will come out of your refund.  Refunds will be given in check form and can be mailed or picked up at the City Office.
  • Do NOT tie or tape any decorations to light fixtures or the sprinkler spigots.
  • Do NOT put any nails in the walls.
  • All fees are based on a 12 hour period.
  • The Community Center doors MUST be closed by 1:00 a.m.
  • There will be an additional $1,000.00 deposit for all events that will have alcohol consumption on Community Center premises.
  •  When alcohol is present at any event, there must be an off-duty Trinity Police Officer present at a fee of $30.00 an hour, (four (4) hour minimum.)  Must be paid prior to the event.

 

Rules and Regulations for Stewart Park

 

  • The consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Stewart Park. (*Exception: During an organized event that has been approved by the City of Trinity)
  • No motorized vehicles of any type are allowed off the driveway except to park in designated parking areas only within the park.
  • No bicycles of any type are allowed off the driveway except to park in areas designated for bicycles.
  • Park and recreation equipment, including tables and chairs, shall not be removed from the Community Center Building at any time.
  • Park hours are as follows:

8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during Standard Time

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time
